Meet Your Instructor

As a professional runner for eight years, Alexa tied much of her performance and confidence to the number on the scale. The constant cycle of restriction, food guilt, and overeating ultimately interfered with both her performance and overall well-being. Through her own healing journey, and now as a Registered Dietitian working with athletes, she discovered that a healthy relationship with food is foundational not only for athletic success, but for confidence, health, and quality of life outside of sport as well. Alexa created this course to help athletes break free from harmful eating patterns, better understand their bodies and metabolism, and build a more supportive, sustainable approach to fueling and performance. Her goal is to help athletes feel confident in their food choices, trust their bodies again, and rediscover food as something that supports both performance and life, not something that controls it.

Healing Your Relationship With Food is an 8-week, self-paced course that includes:  - Weekly video lessons - Guided learning modules - Journal prompts and reflection exercises - Practical tools and activities to help you create lasting change in your relationship with food, body image, and fueling that you have access to for life!

When does the course start? 

You can purchase and begin the course at any time.  Because the course is self-paced, you can move through the material on your own schedule. That said, we recommend setting aside dedicated time each week (~1 hour) to fully engage with the lessons and exercises, as this work takes reflection, consistency, and practice.
